I am still pretty new with all of this too, you will catch on quickly I am sure!<br /><br />Yes I made the elephants separate. This technique is called "Royal Icing Transfers" or sometimes just called RI transfers. I used parchment paper and then let the elephants complete dry and carefully peel them off.<br /><br />Then I used a think flood icing, about 18-20 second icing, and then immediately place the elephant on and let it all dry. Wah-la!
